 Indiana Jones
 Indiana, Indiana

23 Mayıs 2008'de Türkiye sinemalarına iki yeni film gösterime giriyor. İlk filmimiz başrollerinde Scarlett Johansson, Eric Bana ve Natalie Portman oynadığı, Justin Chadwick yönettiği The Other Boleyn Girl / Boleyn Kızı. Diğer filmimiz kült haline gelmiş Indiana Jones serisinin son halkası, devam filmi olan Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull /Indiana Jones ve Kristal Kafatası Krallığı . İlk iki filminde yönetmeni olan, Steven Spielberg gene iş başında -zaten başka birini düşünemiyorum- Harrison Ford'u zaten Star Wars'da Han Solo ile çok sevmiş, Indiana Jones karakteriylede başımızın tacı yapmıştık. Serinin ilki filmi Raiders of the Lost Ark ile 1981 yıllında oldukça büyük başarı yakalayıp 5 Oskar ödülü kazanan ve ardıdan 1984 yılında Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom ile iki dalda Oskar'a aday gösterilip En İyi Görsel Efekt dalında oskarı kazandı. Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull /Indiana Jones ve Kristal Kafatası Krallığı içinde Oskar aday gösterileceğine ve en az bir dalda ödül kazanacağın dedikodular arasında...

We first came to Tyndal Town, in the early 53 54 years, from Weslaco Texas, After WW2 they offered housing to Vets and help with Jobs. The housing came the Jobs did not. My Dad Roberto R Villegas, came with his Family of 5, we would work in the Tomato fields, in MarsHill with the rest of the Migrant workers for about 5 cents a basket. it was just enough to live on, and we lived with very little. but it was a place to call home. I remember a Family of Bobby Mccoy, and Reuter I beleive went to a Catholic Grade school named Assumption on Blain St. and Morris St. ran into A David Reuter and His Sister Angela was my Friend as WE got older. The Family Lived in the Decatur Central area. Mary Jane White! Had No Idea we were neighbors

I recently stumbled upon the Aviation Enthusiast Corner and read your comments. I too lived in Tyndal Town around 1950 when I was about 3 or 4 years old. I was quite young and don't remember a lot, except a play area where my brother and I used to spend a lot of time. I will be in Indy this spring and plan on visiting Stout Field and the surrounding area. I just started writing my memories for my grandchildren and would like to include Tyndal Town. Has anyone come across any pictures or history you would be willing to share? If so, please contact me. I would appreciate it very much!

My father, SSgt. Karl Reuter, was stationed at Stout Field during WWII with the Troop Carrier Command. I have a lot of his orders and papers from that post. if anyone serves with my dad, feel free to contact me. We visited the site where Stout was back in the 70's and while it is now an Indiana State Police HQ, he could still see where many of the buildings and runways had been. He always said that during WWII, he "fought the battle of Mars Hill". I also have a "yearbook" from Stout that has his photo as well as individual photos of all who served there one of the years he was there.
