Reviews / Comments by our visitors chris richmond, Virginia | I have an old book called practical aviation by Author S. Ford from 1926 still in decent condition. Along with it I also have some old letters and letterhead from Universal Products Corporation dated 1922 and Chandler Company letterhead with some prop design ans other pictures on it dated 1935. There are also some old drawings of prop designs done on some type of old sketch paper and several other papers that were aquired at the time I bought this. I am offering these items per sealed bid, to all interested parties. My contact info is Christopher Curry

Todd Michael , New York | Great museum! The National Soaring museum is packed full of both historic and modern sailplanes. The introductory video was very well produced and included interesting facts about soaring in the local area of Elmira, Ny, as well as around the world. The Windrider gift shop has something for everyone ... Books, clothing, models, and even soaring jewelry!
Don't miss out, visit the National Soaring Museum atop Harris Hill! 11/16/2005 @ 10:49 [ref: 4592] |
Dan Foulk St. Louis, Missouri | We are the custodians of a large memorial in stone and marble on a concrete base with plaques and a large brass casting of the CG-5 Trojan Horse mounted on top. Recently some one was interested in taking the brass casting of the CG-5 and broke it loose from the pedestal breaking off one of the wheels but, were unable to make off with it due to the hidden cable attached to the model through the brass mounting connecting it to the stone, marble monument.
I can not find any information on the company that made the brass casting but did notice your Museam's name and thought you may be able to help me find the company who made the model so I can get the brass casting repaired.
Thank You,
Dan Foulk
