Flew the A-37 with the 24th TASS in Panama 1988-1990.
Great airplane...outstanding squadron. I'd give anything to go back and live those moments!

Worked on A-37's at Bien Hoa in 1970-71 in the Air Force. The alert pad always had 4 A-37's and 4 F-4's fully loaded and ready for action. Whenever a pair took off had to stick another pair in the pad. Still amazes me to this day how those little buggers could take off with a full load of 500 pound bombs and a full load of fuel.
