My Dad, Max"Jim" Breitenbach, joined the Conslidated design team late in the development of the XB-32 twin tail. He says that the twin tail only flew a few times, and had stability problems, so they shifted to a single tail design. Dad did a lot of design work on wings on the single tail production version. 06/19/2004 @ 17:46 [ref: 7642]
