Hello,
I have a Fleet Finch that would like to sell, it was my father's and would like to sell it to someone who would appreciate it and take good care of it.
I do not what would be the market price, do you have an idea?
It is in very good condition overall, and also has lots of spares.

A few years ago there was a Fleet Finch flying at the Kissimee, Florida airport. There were many other WW2 a/c there.
At 13 EFTS, St. Eugene, Ont Jan, Feb 43 it was so d**** cold you couldn't tell how much pressure it took for loops, rolls or spins but the Finch seemed to do them well enough that we could go on to Harvards.

We're almost done restoring our 1942 Fleet Finch - 16B. We've copied the Canadian Museum's markings for authenticity. I don't have the serial number at hand. She's been grounded for about 20 years. We bought her as a basket case three years ago and we've pretty much repaired or replaced every nut, bolt, strut, wing rib, etc... We jokingly say for the time and money we've spent, we could have bought a restored Stearman and could have been flying by now!

However, nothing beats the lines of a Fleet. They say it's a "poor man's Stearman?" BS...they're both nice airplanes. But I'm sticking with my Canadian mistress.
