D-21 #534 just went on display at the Evergreen Aviation Museum in McMinville, Or. It is next to an SR-71 which are both under the wing of the Spruce Goose.

The only surviving M-12(Modified A-12)/D-21 combination is on display at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, WA. They call the mated pair the MD-21.

I think there is a D-12 at WPAFB.
The last time I was there it was in the annex.

A D-21B (the D-21 variant launched from a B-52H, with rocket motor boost) drone is on public display at Blackbird Airpark, in Palmdale, California, along with an SR-71 and A-12, side-by-side. Blackbird Airpark is located at the corner of 25th St. East and Avenue P, in Palmdale.
