Terry , OR | There is a Mikoyan-Gurevich Mig-17 at Michael King Smith Evergreen Museum, McMinnville, Oregon. It has been rebuilt but is not flyable at this time. It sits in the Museum along with the Hughes Spruce Goose that was originally in Long Beach, California, across from the Queen Mary ocean liner. 08/23/2006 @ 14:51 [ref: 13970] |
Gregg Horrell Tucson, AZ | I've been working on a MiG-17F (Lim-5) for 8 years and am pretty familiar with the systems. Anyone having technical questions on the airplane can e-mail me at the above address.
They are simple airplanes with very basic systems...nothing complicated. Happy to help new owners if I can.
