Paul Collins , ID | If you have questions about building/re-building an N3N, you might call Jim Shore (208-454-1669) in Caldwell, Idaho as he has rebuilt several of them. He does great work - airframe and powerplant.

Gene C. Day Titusville, FL | Have an N3N-3 project that I am restoring. In need of parts. Please email me on what ever you may have, for the "N." 02/20/2007 @ 18:15 [ref: 15602] |
Sarah Moake Henderson, TX | I was needing some information on what an N3N was worth unrestored. My father had been restoring an N3N many years ago, but he passed away 10 years ago and did not finish it. My family is trying to sell the plane for someone to restore it. We have all the parts to the plane, itemized list, data plate, engine, propeller, etc... but we are not sure what to ask for the plane. Is is worth much, unrestored? If anyone could give me some advice, I would greatly appreciate it. 903.657.8066 12/13/2006 @ 05:52 [ref: 14990] |

Charlie ochs madras, OR | In reagard to the photos at the bottom of this page. I helped restore and N3N with my father. He painted his to reflect the Coast Guard scheme shown by #27. the Coast Guard was given 4 aircraft by the Navy and they had color schemes like the one shown. My dad's is #28, #27 is now on floats and lives in Hood River Oregon. 11/28/2006 @ 11:51 [ref: 14862] |
