I GOT TOO SEE THE TA-7 WHEN IT FIRST CAME ON LINE I STILL DIDNT SEE WHY IT NEEDED THE PARA BRAKE CHUTE. THEY SAID THAT IT HAD MOR THRUST THEN THE A-7E BUT I THINK IT HAD THE SAME. THE RIGGER FOR THE PARA BREAKE AT THAT TIME WHEN I WAS IN THE SERVICE WAS ME AND ONE OTHER PERSON. THE ONLY TIME THE PARA BREAK WAS USED WAS ONLY BYE ONE INST. AND HE USED IT A LOT. AT FIRST THE CHUTE WORKED ONLY PART OF THE TIME. THE OTHER PERSON THAT HELPED ME WAS MY OLD JUMP INST. AT NATTC LAKEHURST. WE RIGGED THE CHUTE TO WORK MORE THAN PART TIME WE GOT IT TOO WORK 95% OF THE TIME. I AM GLAD TO SEE THAT THE A-7 IS STILL AROUND I THINK IT IS A FINE AIRCRAFT.
